The college I have been allotted is not good. So is it possible to cancel my admission and stop my scholarship ?

Yes, it is possible to cancel the admission from any college just tell the reasons why you want to cancel the admission to the directing authority of college, Then they will notify PMSSS scholarship head authority about the admission cancellation and your scholarship will not come after this.
