i applied for pmsss prevoius year i am studying in ist semester and i want to cancel my admission will i get engineering college this year if i am in open catogory

As you have mentioned that you got admission last year and you are in 1st semester but  I believe you should be in 2nd semester. Please clarify.

Have you got the college last year from pmsss or without the scholarship?
