For the PMSSS students of batch 2019 - 20, the scholarship should have been released till now if the continuation certificate was approved long back. If you are staying in the rented house outside J&K then you should get 50k for that semester for which you have to fill the continuation form accordingly.
If the scholarship is late for almost 3 months then you can ask your college to put a grievance through the college portal on your behalf. You will get the response and the scholarship soon.
