Like last year, from session June to December 2020, Aicte disbursed the installment 20k to each beneficiary. This 20k was for the online studies of students.
But, it all depends on your college how much you have to pay, including mess charges or not. According to me, the college will not ask for the mess charges. So don't worry. Further, Aicte will disburse payment with a proper press release, in which the information about maintenance charges will be mentioned clearly.
