Yes you eligible for the scholarship and the SEBC category is cherry on the cake, the cutoff for SEBC last year in the professional stream was 11118 something and compared to that you have 6484 rank so you have good chances to get a subject in a medical stream, though it also depends on your choice filling if you are filling only top colleges than it is difficult but if you are keeping some medium range colleges also than there are some chances.
