Yes, you can get the college but it is tough to get an engineering college still you can try to add those colleges which have less demand and are also good. You also have the SEBC category so don't worry you will get the college in the 2nd round. Do not keep the same colleges that were in the choice filling in 1st round. Check the first round of allotment and look for those colleges which you filled and are taken try to remove those colleges from choice filling and add those colleges which were allotted to students below you.
