The cutoff will be very high this year for PMSSS 2021. Most probably for open merit the last student getting a professional college will have a rank of less than 4000 in the merit list. This year students having 90% marks in 12th is having a rank of 3481 and there are many students with merit category so pmsss also gives preference to the category students.
