The cutoff for pmsss 2020 was very less students having 60% marks and a category were getting the seats because there was less competition as there was no mass promotion and students with marks more than 90% were very less.
The cutoff also depends on the choice filling and there is always a tight competition for CSE branch in top colleges, medical stream and civil engineering in colleges near J&K.
The cutoff for pmsss 2021 will be high as students having 90% are around 3000 in the merit list so there are very few chances that a student with 60% marks this year will get a seat under pmsss.
