Sir meri seat not interested m chali gyi but i want to freeze ab 2nd round ki allotment ke liya apni id reopen kaise kru

Don't worry, try contacting the AICTE and tell them about your problem. Maybe someone who is the administrator of the PMSSS website can help you with it. Try to call the AICTE tomorrow and also mail them without taking any time. Do comment back about what they replied to you.
