Sir hme kaise pta chalega ki 2nd round m kon se colleges ki seats vacant hbefore choice filling

No it is not possible to know the colleges available for 2nd round before choice filling, as which students may freeze the colleges and some students may not join the college got in 1st round,  the AICTE and we don't know this so we have to wait till that time.
