PMSSS mail system is slow but they do reply back after 3-4 days, don't worry. Did they say to you on call that it is possible to change the status?
Wait for 1 more day and then try calling again and tell them the status. I believe PMSSS 2nd round will begin after 25th October only so you have still 5 days. Try reaching them by mail but do not mail again and again to them i.e do not irritate them.
