As we can see in the round 1 allotment list. 13027 seats are alloted. mine is 2386 and i was happy with the college so I froze it. But i wonder.. there are only 5 thousand seats to give... then how will they choose 5000 students from 13027 if everyone chooses to freeze their seat. And what will be the criteria? is it a first come first get? please explain i am very curious.
