No, a non-medical student cannot pursue BSc nursing, because pursuing BSc, biology in 12 is a mandatory condition. Hence, you can not apply for a BSc in nursing if you are a non-medical student.

PMSSS may not verify this and you may be allotted to a college under PMSSS for BSC nursing but when you will join the college they may not allow you and then you might not be able to fill the joining letter by the institution. I would request you to call the helpline and ask them so that later AICTE doesn't cancel your application.
