Yes, you can get a scholarship for GCET Jammu under various scholarship programs while pmsss is only for colleges outside JK, it has its own counseling process, unlike JK CET.
There are many scholarship programs like PMSSS is for students who want to study outside J&K, while scholarships like KEI High school Scholarship Program (HSSP), and KEI Post Graduate Scholarship Program (PGSP) , Combined Counselling Board (CCB) Scholarship, for those who want to pursue a course in J&K. You can apply for these on the basis of eligibility criteria.
