Can I get PMSSS scholarship if I have taken an admission in a college for B. Tech allotted NOT on the basis of JEE Mains and Advanced or CUET.

Mainly, my question is for getting the scholarship in private colleges under PMSSS based on their own merit on the basis of their own exam like Manipal University (MET), Kalinga Institute (KIITEE), Birla Institute of Technology (BITSAT), VIT Vellore (VITEEE), SRM University (SRMJEE) considering I have been allotted a seat in their counselling.
