If you want to take admission in DTU through PMSSS then you don't have to pay the remaining fees. I know it is higher than 1.25 lakhs but students who are currently studying under this scheme have already answered this question and this is a repeated question. A screenshot has also been attached with this answer in which AICTE has clearly mentioned that no institute can ask for extra fees from the students.
Conclusion: You can take admission in DTU don't worry about extra fees.
