No, you can not apply for PMSS scholarship for if your father joined DSC after retirement because the benefits of the scholarship are only entitled to the wards of ex-servicemen. If your father joined DSC then you will not be able to furnish the documents needed to apply for the scholarship because a person retiring from defence services will get discharge book only if he is not joining DSC after the retirement frim the defence service.
