No, you will not be able to apply again and receive the benefits of the scholarship as you have already received a 20k scholarship this year and AICTE provides you scholarship through PFMS and PFMS will provide you a scholarship only once. So if you will cancel your admission you will not be able to take the benefits again by getting a college under pmsss next year
Hence, you are not eligible to enjoy the scholarship benefits twice.
