As I have applied last year but cancelled my admission there now I want to know that do I face some problems this year during registration and please tell me what to do

Do you joined the college and then cancelled your admission last year or you did not freezed the college or you freezed the college but did not went to the college and not uploaded the joining letter ?

As you mentioned that you did not received the scholarship amount last year and portal is also showing the correct information then it may be possible to apply again this year.
Be ready with all your documents and apply again this year.
I am not sure about any recent reforms by jkaicte but i believe you can apply this year.
