Great, If your pin code in Domicile is correct then you need to take care that you have to use the domicile pin code while filling the pmsss online application form and to use domicile certificate as address proof for document verification.
In case they say about pin code of aadhaar then you can explain to them the reason which the aadhaar card office said to you.
And it's up to you to make an affidavit or not.
