Can PMSSS scholar get NSP scholarship or can apply for it?

Yes, you can apply for  NSP scholarship while getting a Prime minister special scholarship ( for residents

 of  JAMMU AND KASHMIR /LADAKH UT ) . 

My friends recently applied for NSP scholarship while they were receiving  PMSSS SCHOLARSHIP  and received the scholarship amount 2 weeks back.

So, yes you can apply for NSP scholarship while receiving other scholarships.
