No, there is no such deduction done by Aicte. The academic fee is disbursed to you like your college demands from the AICTE through a documented proof. Your college may demand more amount from you in the following case ( i.e if your fees are more the academic fee sanctioned to a particular stream /course ).
For eg: If your college fee is 55000 and you are doing a general degree course you will only get 30000 from AICTE and rest amount you will have to pay.
