Scholarship issue for Jadavpur University students

Question

I am a PMSSS student at Jadavpur University, I was living in PG during the lockdown and I have also submitted the continuation form in the prescribed format by the college, but still, I have received only 20 thousand as my maintenance allowance.

Please tell me what should I do now?
