Is JEE exam is required for top colleges except IITs and NITs if we apply for them through PMSSS?

For applying PMSSS jee is not mandatory and you can also get  top colleges without JEE

JEE exam is not mandatory if you are applying through PMSSS. There are many such colleges where student get admission on the basis of JEE score only but for PMSSS student it is not compulsory.
