I got 20k mainataince for my semester 5 even when i stayed in hostel n HOD is also asking for hostel fee but information was filled incorrect by them.Now i asked them to mail this matter to AICTE PMSSS CELL but they regularly ask me for format of mail,college is in uttarakhand n all faculty members are hindi medium.please help me if there is a particular format of mail.
