Dear sir, i applied in pmsss previous year i joined collage but after some few months i cancel my admission without taking any amount from pmsss. Can i apply this year again?

Yes Aditi you can apply this year according to the past rules of PMSSS students who passed 12th last year, this year, and who have not benefitted from PMSSS before. As you mentioned you did not receive any scholarship from PMSSS thus you are eligible to apply for PMSSS this year.
