pmsss application process usually starts from march-april but due to pandemic from last year they are starting from july August, but still there is alot of time to December for CLAT process to start. Even if somehow the CLAT process starts earlier than PMSSS then also you can get the scholarship easily, you just have to fill the pmsss application form on time and upload your college Bonafide and joining letter of the National law college in which you have taken admission with your CLAT score.
You will get your scholarship by pmsss for studying in that college.
NOTE: PMSSS is only available if you clear CLAT exam and not for any other law college you join without CLAT exam.
