College fees is not your responsibility it is paid by the AICTE directly to the account of college. College cannot demand extra or left out fees from the student. We are studying through scholarship if we would have money why would we getting scholarship.
Even in my college ( present in Maharashtra ) gets only 25,000 per semester as fees but their actual fees is more than this, but they do not demand tution fees from us. They have to keep the fees what AICTE is providing to them.
They can put grievance through their portal to the AICTE and they will get the pending fees directly from AICTE.
Tell your college to put grievance from the college portal. They will surely get a response from AICTE soon.
