I am citizen of J&K but i have done my 12th from outside , can i apply for PMSSS

It is also mandatory to do 12th form JK what I mean is you should be a citizen of J&K and should have done 12 from J&K only. Anyways the registrations are open you can try registering yourself now and can make yourself clear whether you are able to apply or not.

Yes , you can apply if you have all the other documents such as domicile certificate issued by tehsildar . I would suggest you to hurry up as 15 september last date for application.
