Is a student who has passed the Ca foundation exam eligible for the scholarship if he/she has not completed 12th from Jammu Kashmir or Ladakh

No, Student is not eligible for the Scholarship.As to receive PMSSS Scholarship ,Student must have completed their 12th from Jammu and Kashmir and must be a resident of Jammu And Kashmir. Talking about CA foundation exam if it is a national level exam then a student from JK may get the scholarship for it.

Don't worry there must be other scholarships for CA and other domains for students outside J&K .
