i am currently in Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar college in Delhi university pursuing my graduation and in 2nd semester as of now can I still apply for PMSSS scholarship as being a college student already

You cannot apply now for the same session in which you are already studying.But you can apply for the  session of this year. In short you have to drop the college and will have to apply for PMSSS. After apply if you got selected, then you will be eligible for scholarship.
