ERROR: Student name not matched with CBSE database
This problem should not occur if you are writing the correct spelling with case sensitivity. Ensure you are filling in the same name you used to check the result online. The name which was present in the online mark sheet should match with your Aadhar card and other documents. No spaces should be used and wirte the full name which is present in your mark sheet.
If the problem still exists then check the PMSSS helpline number and tell them about the problem and any changes required by them in their database.
