Can i apply Pragati scholarship with UP scholarship or any other scholarship

If you are taking the benifit of one scholarship of any kind, then you are not eligible for any scholarship simultaneously.

This always goes against the terms and conditions of scholarship.

So, you are not eligible for Pragati scholarship, if you are under UP scholarship.
