no, pmsss will not disburse the scholarship for colleges if they have their own entrance exams and are not listed under AICTE colleges empanelled.
AICTE only accepts CLAT, JEE and NEET scores otherwise you don,t have to clear any entrance exam for taking the benefits of the scholarship scheme, But in your case for B.A LLB currently only CLAT score is acceptable by Aicte.
You will not get a scholarship for B.A LLb if you did not clear CLAT examination, But for other courses no entrance exam compulsion is compulsory.
