Don't be afraid of loosing your scholarship Gurpreet. Firstly I will suggest removing the thought of getting a backlog, before even actually getting it.
The studies in college are not too hard, but require a little hard work from us. Try to understand your weakness and keep working hard till the end of the day.
Even if you get an ATKT/backlog you will still be eligible for the scholarship as your college registrars will put your result in waiting while uploading your promotion and continuation certificate.
Try to clear the failed subjects so that they don't affect your overall grades and don't become a burden for you in the future.
