You can apply for pmsss another time that is second time .If you have not been benefited by the scheme , when you applied previously that is no money has been transferred to you by AICTE PFMS for maintenance and college academic fees .
For eg: If you applied in first round and due to some reasons cancelled the admission/don't joined the college .
Than you can apply for the scholarship and as per of the norms of AICTE till now you will not face any issues , if anything changes regarding norms you will be informed.Stay comnected for further updates .
