Neccessary to present in college for uploading continuation certificate?.

College is saying that continuation can only be filled when you  are physically present in  the institute.

Hii Preeti;

Continuation form is required for approval of maintenance fees. If you are at Home then don't worry about that Once you join the college they will upload that.
