I went to college tell them to upload continue certificate but in institute login there is no option of uploading continuation certificate.What happened?

This can be a technical glitch that will be solved within days. Sometimes it happens, but it is temporary. Soon there will be an option for uploading your continuation certificate.

You can also contact AICTE-PMSSS and can put grievances from your login portal.
