I am a student of 18-19 batch n I want provisional Certificate but Clg is asking to clear dues first.I got only 20k maintainence for semster 5 though I studied from hostel.My portal was not updated by aicte since a long time.Few days back when it got updated it is showing dbt status submitted for current sem.6.When I contacted aicte they asked me to ask your clg to put claim.My clg has uploaded sanction order 3 to 4 times n Aicte is still saying it is not uploaded while it shows successfully uploaded during upload from college portal.Why it is happening. Clg wants to upload continuation but there is option to upload. Is it getting rejected or what is actually happening? Aicte just says it is not uploaded yet. Now my clg again uploaded Sanction order 2 days ago.But till now there is no option to further upload CC.
