I froze my seat and submitted the required documents. How long usually does the college takes to verify the documents?

It doesn't take so long and congratulations on the college allotment. You have to upload the joining letter or the bonafide from the college and it usually takes around 1 week to verify the documents and after that around 45 working days which may extend up to 2-3 months. By this time only you will get your first scholarship also.
