Below my rank some students got good colleges but there marks are not good and they have reserved seats means even if I have good marks then those students there is no chance that I can get

It all depends how you do your choice filling. If someone chooses better college than you, he/she may get good college. Depending on your good marks, and your top colleges filled are not good enough, but according to your preference, you will get from your top filled colleges.

If someone filled best colleges with even low marks, but whichever he/she get college, will be best.
