If an individual has properly gone through all the verification steps and still the name is not there in the list then he must reach out to the facilitation center where your documents have been submitted and verified
Though the merit list has nothing to do with the choice filling so it means if you have chosen top colleges and you were not allotted any college still your name should be on the merit list. Maybe your name will be present in the final merit list but before that do mail aicte regarding your issue and try calling them and inform them that they have missed or deleted your name and it is not present in the provisional merit list.
Also, go to the facilitation center where your documents were verified and tell them about this issue.
