You have passed with a mass promotion that is not a problem don't worry, and you have passed this year only you are a perfect candidate to apply for the PMSSS scholarship. This year there is a lot of problems students are facing and this is due to their internal database issue of aicte-pmsss.
I request you to reach out to the PMSSS through their mail and even call them on their helpline number. I know they will not pick up the call but try it again and again after some intervals, also don't forget to mail them as this year they are replying to the student's mail also but they are taking some time to reply back.
