This is not totally true. This all depends on you how to convince your college for uploading a continuation form. As PMSSS doesn't cancel or hold the maintenance charges up to three consecutive semesters having backlogs.
So, upload your continuation form from the college and your scholarship will be continued.
Also, fill your second sem examination form to clear all the backlogs.
