It doesn't depend on whether you have Jadavpur as your first preference or not. It depends on the students who are having merit no. less then 3651 and have filled Jadavpur University in their choice filling. PMSSS final dummy allotment list is out check that if any student has got Jadavpur University or not, check his merit number and then make changes in your choice filling according to that. Similarly do it for other colleges where you want to go.
