Hi Pawan,

You cannot eligible for Pmsss scholarship as only J&k and Ladakh UT domicile students can apply for this scholarship.

You can Google for different scholarship in which domicile of J&k is not required.

Hi Pawan

You can apply for this scholarship if You have domicile of J&K and Ladakh(primary) and done 12th in these two UT's(secondary). Now 370 and 35A is removed,so u can get the domicile as requirements led down by central government
