Don't worry your scholarship will not get canceled. They check the result through your mark sheet uploaded and if the mark sheet is showing that you have a backlog in one subject whether it is an extra or main subject they will consider it a fail. Say college not to upload the mark sheet which is showing fail in any subject, you can put the result in Awaited and upload the continuation/promotion form. Try to clear the extracurricular activity also and upload it next sem.
