Yes you can fill the same address as your domicile for your pmsss 21 registration but usually jkdomicile is mostly used to check whether you are citizen of J&K or not and Aadhar card is used mostly for address verification. It is great if both (Aadhar Card + Domicile ) are having the same address and if not then prefer the Aadhar card address.
