I heard this scheme had completed 10 years and the delay in this registration process is because there is a need to approve the continuation of this scheme for further 5 years ,Is it true ??

No, this is just a rumor , AICTE has already started the confirmation process to take the confirmation from colleges about courses they are providing for year 2021-2022 and the registration will begin at the end of august tentatively  .
