This does not depend on your percentage this will depend on whether you are eligible to take admission in IIT or not.
For that, you have to appear for JEE exam and crack the exam after that if you want to avail yourself scholarship you can register and take part in PMSSS counseling and the college which you get will purely depend upon your ALL INDIA RANK (AIR) and the allotment of IIT/NIT will be done is JoSAA counselling .
